Organic Coconut Palm Sugar

Organic Coconut Palm Sugar is the boiled and dehydrated sap of the coconut palm and is a popular sugar substitute. Tasting very similar to brown sugar, it does not contain the same ‘empty calories’ that are present in regular sugar.

Trace amounts of iron, zinc, calcium and potassium, along with some short chain fatty acids, polyphenols and antioxidants are present in coconut palm sugar. Not only does this sugar have more nutritional benefits than regular sugar, it is also lower on the glycemic index (GI) than sugar, meaning it will help keep you fuller for longer.
